Mrs. Alex “Nene” Crutchfield, age 91 of South Hill, died Friday, January 27, 2017. She is survived by her daughter, Donna C. Cumbia of South Hill; a grandson, Davis Allen Cumbia (Kristen); great granddaughter, Scarlett Grey Cumbia and a brother, Wesley Eugene Harrison (Marie). Mrs Crutchfield was preceded in death by her husband, Davis A. Crutchfield.

Alex was a retired retail buyer/sales person and a member of Taberbnacle Baptist Church.

A celebration of her life will be held at 11am, Monday, January 30, 2017 at Farrar Funeral Chapel with interment to follow in Crestview Memorial Park. The family will receive friend one hour prior to the service.
