Sandra Sue Sparks-Boring, 72 passed away on May 17 after a short battle with cancer. Sandi was born in Pleasantville, PA on Feb 18, 1947. She is preceded in death by her father Emmett Lee Sparks, mother Geraldine Luella Skelly-Sparks, her sister Sharon Lee Sparks-Rostorfer and her husband of 39 years, Harold Boring. She leaves behind daughters Kimberly Boring-Ruiz (James) of Chesterfield, VA and Rhonda Boring-Moore (Carl) of Steubenville, OH and three grandchildren; Lindsay Ruiz of Albany, NY, Brad Moore of Steubenville and Amy Ruiz of Richmond, VA, plus long time companion, David Mills of South Hill, VA.
