Mrs. Shirley P. Evans, age 76 of South Hill died Thursday, December 11, 2014 at her residence. She is survived by her husband, G. L. “Dick” Evans of the home; daughter, Cynthia M. Evans (Denis Medlin) of LaCrosse and son, George Lovic Evans (Sherry) of Richmond. Also surviving is a granddaughter, Gabrielle Lovic Evans and a sister, Virginia P. Robertson of St. Louis. MO.

Mrs. Evans was a member of Sardis United Methodist Church and a hairdresser at Pine View Rest Home.

A memorial service will be conducted at 3pm Saturday,December 13, 2014 at Farrar Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends 2 hours prior to service.
