Mr. Francis Edward "Chip" Hall, age 59 of South Hill, and formerly of Alexandria, died Friday Dec. 30, 2016 at his residence. He is survived by his mother Frances A Hall of the home; a son, Jason Edward Hall (Janelle) of Manassas, Va; a brother David Boaz (Diane) of Kenbridge, and a sister Tracy Studds of Woodbridge, Va. Also surviving are 2 grandchildren, Brynleigh and Brayden Hall.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 1 pm, Monday Jan 2, 2017 at Farrar Funeral Home in South Hill with interment to follow in the family cemetery on the David Boaz Farm.
