The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of William Bell can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: To the Bell Family our heartfelt condolence to you all. Rev. Bell held a special place in the heart of the Hawkes Family. I will never forget his relationship with my parents Joe and Henrietta Hawkes, there was a special bond. He never forgot about them and would often stop by for a "quick" visit but it turned into hours of them laughing and joking. I remember him calling me weeks after my dad's death just to check on me, stating people often forget about you after the funeral, and saying that he would check on me from time to time and that he did. Your husband, father, grandfather, brother made a great impact on the lives of the people he touched. Know that our prayers will continually be with you during your time of sorrow. If we can be of any assistance please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
